A fantastic barn, that was modern, clean luxurious. Great bathroms and a lovely ktchen/dining area, suitable for sociable family meals. The wood burning stove gave the lounge a warm cosy feel. It was a fantastic weekend break. Mrs L, Hertford, Hertfordshire 05 April 2011
We stayed here in Autumn and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. The location is ideal, quiet with a 10 minute walk into the town, where there is a choice of places to eat. We took maps for doing walks, but didn’t need them as there was a very good book of walks around Knighton with varying mileage in Mill Barn. By the front door is an area for wet/muddy walking boots and coats with a radiator so everything can be dry for the following day (a bonus to find in a holiday home). The property is spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The windows look out onto grass & trees and we are not bird experts, but saw different birds and a red/black woodpecker. Would like to go back in summer to enjoy sitting out on the decking. Miss S, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire 18 January 2011
Beautiful cottage with all mod cons, quiet location, wildlife on your doorstep, very friendly people, and good pubs around for food. Supermarket nearby with local butcher, everything you need for the barbeque. We stayed in December with -12 degree temperature, with the log burner and central heating, we were still very warm and cosy. I would highly recommend this cottage. Mrs D, Llanelli, Carmarthenshire 13 December 2010
Fabulous cottage, warm, comfortable and spacious. Great location, close to town, train station and good for walking. Would definitely stay here again. Miss S, Cheltenham, Gloucestershire 06 November 2010
Excellent standard of cottage, the most comfortable beds we've ever had. Nice to have recordable satelite TV so we could go out but still come home and relax to our favourite programmes. Ideal location, very quiet and felt like we were right out in the country, but only 10 minute walk into town. Excellent walking round Knighton, including numerous marked walks from the town and local villages, of different lengths and difficulties. Great place to bring the dog. Would definitely come back again. Mrs W, Westgate-on-sea, Kent 03 November 2010
It is a very nice barn, beautiful suroundings and helpfull owners. Absolutely recommendable. Mrs W, Madrid 06 October 2010
The barn we stayed in was excellent - very comfortable and very well furnished and equipped. It was ideal for a quiet, restful break. Mr C, Polegate, East Sussex 18 September 2010
